Patna, June 15 -- The Bihar State Scheduled Caste (SC) Commission sought explanation from RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav for allegedly insulting pioneer of the Indian Constitution, Dr Baba Saheb Bheem Rao Ambedkar. The Commission has sent a letter to Yadav asking him to explain for disrespecting Ambedkar within 15 days. The Commission has also warned Yadav for registering a case against him under SC-ST Act. The letter stated that the disrespect exhibited by Yadav on the occasion of latter's birthday went viral on social media.
