Mumbai, Feb. 2 -- Maharashtra's Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Minister Mangal Prabhat Lodha on Monday said that conserving natural oil and gas amounts to serving the nation, stressing that fuel conservation is integral to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's vision of a Developed India by 2047.
Addressing the "Sakshipt Mahotsav 2025-26" programme at Prabhadevi, organised under the guidance of the union Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas with support from the state government, Lodha said reducing fuel consumption would help curb wastage of fossil fuels, ease pressure on foreign exchange reserves, and limit environmental damage caused by greenhouse gas emissions.
