Bengaluru, Nov. 3 -- Karnataka Public Works Minister Satish Jarkiholi today began a three-day visit to New Delhi, sparking speculation in political circles about a possible leadership change in the Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee (KPCC).

Jarkiholi, considered close to Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, is expected to meet All India Congress Committee (AICC) President Mallikarjun Kharge during his stay in the national capital.
