Kolhapur/Satara, Oct. 26 -- Congress MP Praniti Shinde has demanded the resignation of Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis following the suicide of a senior woman doctor working at the Sub-District Hospital in Phaltan, Satara district.
Shinde, who met the family members of the deceased doctor in Beed district, assured them that she would ensure justice is served in the case.
Speaking to reporters in Beed, Shinde said, "Despite repeated complaints, the state's home minister and chief minister waste time criticising women MPs at the lower level instead of ensuring their safety.
