Sasaram, Jan. 30 -- Congress MP from Sasaram Manoj Ram sustained injuries when some of the villagers attacked him in Nathupur village under Kudra police station area of Kaimur district.
Sub divisional officer Pradeep Kumar said here on Thursday that besides MP his brother, Bodyguard and his Personal Assistant (PA) also sustained injuries in the attack.
He said that there was a scuffle between the villagers and the brother of the MP on the issue of parking a school bus on the road. Later the villagers attacked them in which 7 people including the MP, his brother, hus PA and Bodyguard were injured and rushed to Mohniya Sadar Hospital. All the injured were referred to Bhabua Sadar Hospital after first aid for better treatment.
