Jamshedpur, Dec. 17 -- : Senior legislator Saryu Roy on Wednesday alleged that engineers of the Road Construction Department (RCD) had adopted a partisan approach by associating themselves with a politically projected programme linked to an ongoing bridge project in Jamshedpur East.
Roy, who is currently on a state-level Assembly committee tour in Godda district, said he learnt through social media that construction work on the bridge over the Swarnarekha river, connecting Litti Chowk with NH-33 at Bhilai Pahari, was shown as being started in the presence of the local MLA along with RCD engineers.
