Ranchi, Dec. 11 -- Odisha's emerging talent, Sarthak Arya, once again displayed his grit and finesse, defeating West Bengal's Rupam Sardar 3-1 to capture the Under-17 Boys' title at the fifth UTT National Ranking Table Tennis Championships on Thursday at the Harivansh Tana Bhagat Indoor Stadium here.
