Kolkata, Feb. 2 -- In a major step toward advancing cancer care in Eastern India, Saroj Gupta Cancer Centre & Research Institute (SGCC&RI), Thakurpukur in the southern part has launched a Genetic Counseling Clinic for Hereditary Cancer in collaboration with Tata Memorial Hospital.
This specialized clinic aims to provide affordable and advanced genetic counseling services to individuals at risk of hereditary cancers, ensuring early detection, prevention, and personalized treatment strategies.
