Puri, May 8 -- Renowned sand artist Sudarsan Pattnaik has created a stunning sand sculpture of the anti-missile system Sudarshan Chakra at Puri beach in Odisha, carrying the message "Jai Hind, Salute to Indian Armed Forces".

The sculpture honours the Indian Air Force's use of the S-400 Sudarshan Chakra missile defence systems to intercept Pakistani drones and missiles targeting 15 Indian cities, successfully preventing damage to key military installations.

Pattnaik's sculpture stands 10 feet long and was crafted using approximately 8 tonnes of sand. Students from his sand art institute collaborated with him to complete the tribute.
