Patna, Sept. 29 -- Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary today strongly refuted the charges levelled against him by Jan Suraaj leader Prashant Kishor in connection with Gautam Shilpi murder case and other issues.

Chaudhary, while refuting the charges levelled against him by Kishor earlier during the day, told media persons here that all were rubbish and baseless. Goons of RJD supremo Lalu Prasad and policemen had urinated in well and grains stores of his house during the RJD regime which prompted National Human Rights Commission to take cognisance and also slap a fine against the government, he pointed out.
