New Delhi, Feb. 5 -- India's Samrat Rana and Suruchi Singh clinched the silver medal in the 10m air pistol mixed team event at the Asian Shooting Championship 2026 in New Delhi on Thursday.
Competing at the Dr Karni Singh Shooting Range, the Indian pair posted a final score of 479.6, finishing just behind Uzbekistan's Nigina Saidkulova and Mukhammad Kamalov, who secured the gold with 481.3 points. Samrat and Suruchi had taken the early lead after the first two series, but a strong late surge from the Uzbek duo proved decisive.
Chinese Taipei's Cheng Yen-Ching and Hsieh Hsiang-Chen claimed the bronze medal with 412.2 points in a final conducted under the revised four-team format.
