Patna, April 23 -- Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary on Wednesday expressed deep grief over the death of three labourers while they were cleaning a septic tank in Bhagalpur district.
In his condolence message, the Chief Minister described the incident as "deeply unfortunate" and said he was personally saddened by the tragedy. The incident occurred in Kadwa police station area, where the workers died due to suffocation after inhaling toxic gas inside the tank.
