Bhopal, March 7 -- Bollywood celebrity Salman Khan is to assist the Madhya Pradesh dispensation's tourism-promotion endeavours and shall devote most of his time to the state between April 1 and 18, Chief Minister Kamal Nath averred on Thursday.
"The actor has an association with Indore. During a phone conversation, I urged him to make efforts for the state particularly in the travel context," he said at a media conference here.
Responding to a question, the Chief Minister pointed out that the Congress assumed the reins after a 15-year-long interval during which numerous bureaucrats began working while sporting Bharatiya Janata Party "badges" therefore no option existed but to reassign such officials.
