Unnao, Dec. 30 -- A 35-year-old liquor shop salesman, Sudhir Prajapati, was shot dead in broad daylight after being stopped by two bike-borne assailants near Kursath under the Aasiwan police station area, police said on Tuesday.
According to police, Sudhir, a resident of Baradev village in the Auras area, worked as a salesman at a liquor shop in Kursath, under Bangarmau. He had joined the job about two months ago and had not returned home for nearly 10 days, his family said.
