Lucknow, Feb. 2 -- The Uttar Pradesh government has temporarily stopped the salaries of over 68,000 state employees, who have not uploaded their property details on the 'Manav Sampada portal'.
Officials on Monday said that the state government had made it mandatory for state employees to submit details of their movable and immovable property online on the 'Manav Sampada portal'.
There are more than eight lakh state employees in the state. The governnent order stated that details of all movable and immovable properties acquired till December 31, 2025, must be submitted online on the portal by January 31, 2026. Failure to do so would result in the withholding of the January salary in February.
