Hyderabad, Nov. 30 -- Telangana Fisheries Development Corporation Chairman Mettu Saikumar launched a sharp attack on BRS working president K T Rama Rao, accusing him of belittling the state's political mandate and insulting those who fought for Telangana.

Talking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan on Sunday, Saikumar alleged that the people of Telangana had rejected the BRS in successive elections and said the party had lost credibility due to what he described as a decade of misgovernance.

He criticised KTR for his statements targeting the Congress government and Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy, and demanded that he apologise to the public.
