New Delhi, Aug. 5 -- : The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of S Radha Chauhan, IAS (Retd.), as the full-time Chairperson of the Capacity Building Commission (CBC), according to an official order issued by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT).
Chauhan, a 1988-batch IAS officer from the Uttar Pradesh cadre and former Secretary of the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), will serve a tenure of three years from the date she assumes charge, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
The committee has also granted an extension to Adil Zainulbhai, the current part-time Chairperson of the CBC. His tenure has been extended from August 1, 2025, until the joining of the regular incumben...
