Los Angeles, July 14 -- Director Ryan Johnson, best known for his films 'Knives Out' and 'Star Wars: The Last Jedi', said that his approach to filmmaker George Lucas' epic sci-fi space opera franchise was very 'conceptual', and did not have a particular structure behind it, reports Variety.
Talking about his long-scrapped 'Star Wars' trilogy, he said that back in 2017 he and Lucasfilm boss Kathleen Kennedy were developing ideas for the three-film saga. However, after 'Knives Out' came along, Johnson's focus largely shifted to the murder mystery blockbuster.
