Moscow, Sept. 15 -- Russian Presidential aide Dmitry Peskov has accused the NATO of being the de-facto leader of the war in Ukraine, stating that Moscow's war with the Kyiv regime, is in reality a war against the multination military bloc, which is using the country as its proxy, reports Russian state media TASS.

The Presidential Spokesman made his remarks on Monday, in response to a recent statement by Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski that NATO was not at war with Russia. "NATO is at war with Russia," Peskov said at a news briefing. "It's evident, and it doesn't need any additional confirmation."According to him, "NATO is de facto taking part in this war" by providing direct and indirect support to the Kyiv regime.
