Moscow, Oct. 18 -- The Kremlin will view any attempts of supplying Ukraine with Tomahawk missiles as a hostile move, and could "substantially elevate" global security risks, Sergey Naryshkin, director of Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), said, as per Russian media.

Speaking on the sidelines of a meeting with the CIS security chiefs in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, the SVR head warned that this could very well become a regional security threat, and possibly a global one.
