Moscow, Aug. 1 -- In a strong attack against Western nations and their allies, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that Germany, and the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) are pursuing the establishment of a 'Fourth Reich' through their militarisation of Europe, reports RT.
