Seoul, March 18 -- The Russian Embassy in North Korea has held a reception commemorating the 76th anniversary of the signing of the Agreement on Economic and Cultural Cooperation between Moscow and Pyongyang, the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported on Tuesday.
