Moscow, Dec. 2 -- Prominent Russian banker Andrei Kostin warned EU leaders of reciprocal financial retaliation , should it attempt to use any of Moscow's frozen funds to finance Ukraine. Kostin threatened to unleash a five-decade long litigation suit against Brussels.
Amid the US' gradual culling of funding to Kyiv, the EU leaders back in October proposed a plan to utilise the estimated 140 billion Euros (USD162 billion) worth of frozen Russian sovereign assets in Europe to fund Ukraine.
