Moscow, May 29 -- Russia has issued a stark warning to Germany, stating that any verified involvement of German military personnel in missile launches on Russian territory will be met with retaliatory action.
Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of Russia's Security Council, while issuing the statement said that such a scenario would make Germany a "full-fledged participant" in the Ukraine conflict.
"If there is information that German military specialists are taking part in the launch of long-range missiles at Russian territory, any decision on retaliatory actions can be made. It is within the competence of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief," Medvedev said Wednesday.
