Moscow/Washington, July 18 -- Russia's ties with the United States are a separate issue and its settlement with Ukraine should have little bearing on them, said Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov, stating that Moscow and Washington have enough issues as it is, reports TASS.

"These lines are different. One topic is the Ukrainian settlement, and another one is our bilateral relations, all irritants in our ties, problematic issues, which we have a lot of," the Kremlin spokesman clarified.

Peskov's statement comes following US President Donald Trump's statement that he was disappointed with Russian President Vladmir Putin over his reluctance to end hostilities with Ukraine, and threatening 100% tariffs on all of Russia's trading partners ...
