Moscow, Aug. 5 -- As the Russia-Ukraine war progresses with no seeming end in sight, Russia has upped its military ante and dropped all restrictions on the deployment of ground-based intermediate-short-range missiles (INF), said Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov.

Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry said that Moscow no longer considers itself bound by self-restrictions on deploying intermediate-and shorter-range missiles as the conditions for observing the moratorium have disappeared.
