Moscow, Dec. 2 -- Slamming the comments of European leaders over the possible use of Moscow's frozen sovereign assets kept in Brussels, Russia accused Europe of war-mongering and thievery, and that it plans to steal Moscow's own financial assets and loan them to Ukraine so that Kyiv can continue financing its "war-machine."Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov, addressing reporters, noted, "They (Europeans) are discussing the possibility of stealing Russian assets that remain blocked in Europe.
