Moscow, Aug. 25 -- The Pulkovo international airport in the northwestern Russian city of St. Petersburg canceled 90 flights and delayed or diverted dozens others due to the recent airspace restrictions, the airport authority said on Sunday.
"The airport operated under restrictions for about 20 hours. During this time, 90 flights were canceled, about 80 were delayed for more than 2 hours, and 42 were diverted to spare airfields," the statement read.
