Moscow, Aug. 26 -- Russia's leading infrastructure group NPS has completed the digitalization of a section of a railway corridor connecting Azerbaijan and Georgia, the company said on Tuesday.
"In Azerbaijan, specialists from 1520 Signal (part of NPS) have equipped the Ujar-Hajigabul railway section with modern automation. This completes the digitalization of train traffic controls on the Baku - Beyuk-Kesik line, part of the international transport corridor linking Azerbaijan and Georgia," the statement said.
The project was commissioned to NPS and Rail Trans Service by Azerbaijani Railways.
