Moscow/Kiev, May 26 -- Russia unleashed a record-breaking drone assault on Ukraine overnight Sunday into Monday, launching 355 drones and nine cruise missiles in what Ukrainian officials are calling one of the most intense air attacks of the war.
According to Ukraine's Air Force, 233 of the drones were destroyed, while 55 were either jammed or vanished from radar. The remaining drones and missiles struck multiple targets across Ukraine, damaging infrastructure and injuring civilians, reports The Guardian.
