Moscow, Nov. 26 -- Russia is yet to hold any formal, substantive discussions with the US over Washington's proposed peace plan for ending the nearly-four-year-long war between Moscow and Ukraine, Kremlin aide Yury Ushakov said on Wednesday.
Stressing that while Moscow had seen the proposal in an unofficial capacity via backchannel communications, it is yet to formally see and review it, noting that some of the provisions in it needed detailed analysis, which will take more time, reports TASS.
Speaking to the state broadcaster Rossiya 1, Ushakov said the plan had not been discussed in detail "with anyone", including during the recent trilateral contacts involving Russian, US and Ukrainian representatives in Abu Dhabi.
