Jakarta, May 20 -- Economic ties between Russia and Indonesia have reached their highest level in a decade, Chairman of the Indonesia-Russia Committee of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) Didit Ratam told Sputnik on Tuesday.

"Relations between Russia and Indonesia are at their peak. I've experienced it myself. I've been with the Indonesia-Russia Committee at KADIN for over 10 years, chairing it for eight, and right now our economic ties are the strongest they have ever been," he said on the sidelines of the business forum in Jakarta.
