Moscow, Nov. 22 -- Russia has denied holding any substantive discussions with the US over the Trump administration's 28-point peace plan for ending the ongoing Russia - Ukraine war, said top presidential aide and the Kremlin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov, who claimed that Moscow has not been formally presented with the proposal.

Making his comments at a press conference here today, the Kremlin aide, when asked by reporters whether Moscow had any particular or substantive role in shaping the initiative, declined the report that any such discussions or moves had taken place between Moscow and Washington.
