Moscow, June 6 -- Russian air defence systems intercepted and shot down 174 Ukrainian drones on Thursday night, the Russian Defence Ministry claimed on Friday.
"During the past night from 20:00 Moscow time (17:00 GMT) on June 5 to (04:20 Moscow time) on June 6, air defence systems duty intercepted and destroyed 174 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles of the aircraft type over the territories of the Bryansk, Rostov, Saratov, Voronezh, Kaluga, Kursk, Oryol, Ryazan, Tula, Belgorod, Tambov, Moscow regions and the Republic of Crimea," the ministry said in a statement.
