Mumbai, April 28 -- The Rupee on Monday ended strong at 85.03, jumping 41 paise against USD on selling of US Dollar from foreign banks and importers, dealers at the Forex Market said.
Erasing losses of previous session, the domestic unit improved by 6 paise at 85.38 in early trade today. Till the end of the session, it was rallied 41 paise to finish at 85.03 as compared to its last close.
Weak Dollar against other world currencies and rebounding equity market pushed the Rupee strong.
The Rupee recorded intra days high and low at 85.00 and 85.40 respectively, dealer added.
