Mumbai, April 25 -- The Rupee on Thursday declined 6 paise at 83.38 against USD in opening session on rising demand for US Dollar by bankers and importers, dealers at the Foreign Exchange said. The local unit was seen weak owing to strong Dollar against other world currencies. The Rupee recorded intra days high and low at 83.36 and 83.42 respectively, dealer added. UNI NV ING
