Patna, Jan. 26 -- Bihar Governor Arif Mohammad Khan on Monday said that the rule of law is firmly established in the state and maintaining it is the government's top most priority.
After hoisting the national flag at the historic Gandhi Maidan on the occasion of the 77th Republic Day, the Governor said that Bihar government is moving ahead on the principle of good governance and development with justice, ensuring inclusive growth across all regions and sections of society.
The Governor said that since India became a democratic republic in 1950, the Constitution has guaranteed social, economic and political justice, along with freedom of thought, expression, belief, faith, religion and worship to every citizen.
