Hyderabad, Sept. 1 -- The Telangana Legislative Assembly today witnessed a major ruckus during a discussion on the Kaleshwaram Commission Report, as BRS MLAs protested alleged interruptions to former minister T. Harish Rao's speech.
BRS members claimed that Rao was not allowed to speak freely, asserting that Congress ministers interrupted him nearly 20 times.
