Washington, May 20 -- US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has given out a rather surprising statement, marking a stark contrast in the White House' transatlantic views regarding the Russia-Ukraine conflict. He claimed that Europe had a desire to continue war, while the US was focused on peace.
Speaking at the Kennedy Center Board of Trustees in a formal dinner hosted by President Donald Trump at the White House, Rubio recounted a rather strange conversation with one of the cardinals, during a recent visit to Rome for the Pope's appointment.
