Nagpur, July 31 -- The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) on Thursday welcomed the verdict of a special NIA court in Mumbai acquitting all seven accused in the 2008 Malegaon blast case.
Describing it as a triumph of truth, RSS Akhil Bharatiya Prachar Pramukh Sunil Ambekar said the judgment exposed the baselessness of attempts to link the Hindu community with terrorism.
"Some people had raised this issue for personal and political gains, attempting to associate the entire Hindu community and Hindu dharma with terrorism," Ambekar said in a statement.However, the court's verdict has now made the truth clear.
