Lucknow, Nov. 13 -- In a move aimed at expanding its social base and spreading the message of Hindutva to a wider audience, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) is gearing up for a large-scale nationwide outreach drive.

According to sources within the organisation, the campaign will have a particularly extensive focus in Uttar Pradesh, where RSS cadres aim to reach over one crore households across the state's six organisational regions.

The initiative, titled the "Griha Sampark Abhiyan" (Home Contact Campaign), is set to run from November 20 to December 21, during which more than 25 lakh volunteers across India will visit homes to connect with citizens and distribute literature related to the RSS ideology.
