Nagpur, Oct. 2 -- RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat, addressing the Vijaydashami programme here today, said violence cannot bring meaningful change, only democratic processes can transform society.
At the centenary celebrations, Bhagwat addressed key national issues, emphasizing democratic change, national security and environmental concerns.
He underscored that societal grievances arise from administrative inefficiencies and government neglect.
"Violence cannot bring meaningful change; only democratic processes can transform society," he said, referring indirectly to the arrest of environmental activist Sonam Wangchuk under the National Security Act following the violence in Leh last month.
