Kakinada (Andhra Pradesh), March 7 -- Kakinada District Collector Sagili Shan Mohan said that the Kakinada beach was being developed all round at a cost of Rs.3.5 crore and development works are now underway on a full swing.
Mohan told media persons at the Collectorate here on Friday that the beach would be maintained clean and free from any garbage and visitors should throw the garbage into the dust bins.
Any violation would be viewed seriously and a penalty of Rs.500 would be levied, he added.
