New Delhi, March 10 -- The Rajya Sabha on Monday, the first day of the second leg of the Budget session, witnessed uproarious scenes with the Opposition members pressing for discussion on issues ranging from alleged lapse in electoral rolls to the US President Donald Trump's statement about funding for voter turnout in India. As many as 12 notices were received under rule 267 of the House which were rejected by the Deputy Chairman Harivansh. The members of the Opposition parties led by Congress staged a walkout from the House as their demands were declined.
