Shahpur, Dec. 21 -- Shahpur MLA and Deputy Chief Whip Kewal Singh Pathania on Saturday said that road works worth about Rs 64 crore are underway in the Dharkandi area to strengthen infrastructure and improve connectivity.
Addressing the annual function of Government Senior Secondary School, Darini, as the chief guest, Pathania said a 33/11 kV electricity sub-station has been set up in the area at a cost of Rs 5.84 crore, resolving the long-pending low-voltage problem and providing uninterrupted power supply to around 3,500 consumers.
