Kochi, March 13 -- A Rs 250-crore warehousing and industrial park has been set up at Chunungamveli in Aluva, strengthening Kerala's logistics and industrial infrastructure and expected to generate around 300 jobs both directly and indirectly.
Developed by NDR Warehousing through its subsidiary NDR Space Pvt Ltd, the project aims to provide modern logistics infrastructure for sectors such as FMCG, e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, and third-party logistics providers.
The facility forms part of the company's broader expansion strategy across major logistics hubs in southern India.
