Hyderabad, Nov. 11 -- The Telangana government has released Rs 202.93 crore this week to beneficiaries under the Indiramma Indla housing scheme, Housing Corporation Managing Director V P Gautam said on Tuesday.
As part of the government's system of weekly payments, bill amounts corresponding to the stages of construction are deposited into the bank accounts of beneficiaries every Monday. This week, a total of 18,247 beneficiaries received payments based on the progress of their house construction.
Of these, payments were released for 4,615 houses at the basement stage, 8,517 houses where wall construction has been completed (roof level), and 5,115 houses where slab laying has been completed.
