Hyderabad, Jan. 22 -- With just five days left for the commencement of the Medaram Sammakka-Saralamma tribal festival, lakhs of devotees are already arriving at Medaram every day to offer advance prayers.

Keeping in view the massive turnout expected between January 28 and 31, the Telangana government has completed large-scale infrastructure works, including road strengthening and construction worth Rs. 165 crore and parking arrangements across 1,418 acres, an official release stated on Thursday.
