Hyderabad/ New Delhi, Feb. 27 -- Major relief for Telangana Jagruthi president and former BRS MP Kalvakuntla Kavitha, as the Rouse Avenue Special Court on Friday granted her a clean chit in connection with the Delhi liquor policy case, dismissing all charges filed against her by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).

CBI Special Court Judge Jitender Singh issued orders stating that there was no evidence to establish wrongdoing by Kavitha or the other 23 accused named in the case.

The court observed that the allegations were not supported by substantive proof and concluded that no scam had been made out in the formulation or implementation of the liquor policy.
