Chandigarh, April 13 -- In a remarkable feat of medical coordination and speed, a high-speed green corridor was established on Monday morning to transport vital organs from the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences (PGIMS), Rohtak, to various premier hospitals in Delhi.
The operation ensured that the liver, kidneys, pancreas, and corneas of a brain-dead jail warden reached their destinations in just 50 minutes, providing a new lease of life to five critically ill patients.
